Room was clean and spacious. Bed was way too comfortable!! Could have slept for days! Only thing that would make our room better would be to add a small refrigerator. It’s hard to buy milk but no way to keep it cold.

Our room was clean and comfortable. However, the late night guest noise in the hallways and adjacent rooms was enough to wake us.

I really like staying here, staff are nice and it’s in a good central location. I was disappointed to see they wouldn’t let me check into my room before 4pm without charging me $40…Instead they make people wait and lineup at 4pm. Normally with my stays if I show up an hour or 2 before normal check in if the room is clean and ready they let you check in no charge, but it seems that has changed. That was a let down after traveling 11 hours to Vegas. Outside of that the Horseshoe is a good place to stay.

Loved the gentleman who checked us in - very helpful & accommodating. Was disappointed in your lobby staff on Saturday, Nov 7th. We had a red light on our keyport on the door & they acted like they didn’t believe us that our key cards didn’t work. Issued new ones that didn’t work either. Had to call maintenance-it was the battery in the keyport. They knew it right away but the desk manager just kept saying…there is no error for your room.
